Who we’re looking for

The Target Sports World franchise is so successful not just because it is a great business model, but because of the infectious passion and enthusiasm of its people.

While all the practical elements are in place for you to attract customers, what will keep them coming back time and time again is the full experience you will be able to offer, and the energy and positivity you bring to the role will be a huge part of that.

Which is why we are very much looking for fellow target sports enthusiasts to join us in this opportunity. Some experience of teaching & coaching, or of leading teams, is certainly very desirable, but our training and support is designed to help you make the most of your existing skills, as well as learn new ones. You certainly don’t need to have any experience of running your own business.

However, in order for both of us to get the most out of this partnership, there are certain things we consider essential in our future franchisees.

You will need to:



Be highly organised, have great time management skills, and be willing to follow our business model and learn new skills



Have a good understanding of customer service and the importance it plays in growing and maintaining a strong customer base



Understand the huge importance of health & safety regulations in this industry, and be willing to learn, and strictly adhere to, all your statutory requirements – don’t worry, we can help!



Have good communication skills, be a strong team player, and have all the leadership skills necessary to manage and motivate your own team



Most of all, we are looking for self-motivated people who have that drive, that powerful desire and ambition to succeed
